The Weights & Scanning form is used to record the weights of animals from your herd (Herdbook register & CWB register).
The Cancellation form is used to remove animals from your Herdbook or CWB register. This
is done to indicate that an animal has left the herd. There are various reasons including
animals that were sold, culled from the herd, stolen, accidentally died, and slaughtered.
The Transfer template is used to transfer an animal. A transfer occurs when an animal is moved from one entity to the next.
To decrease the turnaround time of releasing carcass results, please send your animal information to the office before the animals are slaughtered. The office will verify the information on the system and provide feedback on any errors.
